Joel Van Haaften is Senior Director of Client Services at ForeSee.  In this role he oversees the team of Satisfaction Research Analysts, working with them to ensure insightful and actionable analysis is delivered to clients.  Joel has been with ForeSee since 2004, having joined the company as a Satisfaction Research Analyst.  Joel has 16 years of experience in consulting and market research. He holds his BBA from the University of Michigan.
